Information

The Foundation class is designed to minimise the feeling of information overload. It is the perfect first group class for you to become comfortable with the equipment and Pilates principles. The pace is slower than other classes so you can really focus on yourself and perfecting your technique before you move onto a different class style. We recommend at least 5 classes to be taken before moving on to another style. Don't forget to take advantage of the New Client Pass to save!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule 24 hours notice must be given. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will result in forfeit of purchase or class will be deducted from a pass or membership. You are not able to reschedule a class within 24 hours of the start time. By booking you are confirming that you accept these terms and conditions. Thankyou.
