Welcome to Remedy:Reformer Pilates Studio.

Our boutique studio currently has 8 Merrithew SPX Max Reformers.

Each Reformer has its own accessory bundle to serve as props for you to use during your class. 

We also have cardio trampoline attachments... for those who know, you are welcome. For those who don't, get ready to fully understand the definition of an intense workout.

Our instructors have been trained by the best in the business. The STOTT Pilates method is second to none. The repertoire was crafted using an evidence based approach to developing movements from biomechanical and scientific analysis. We strive to honour this intelligence within our studio.
